I love this song right from the first moment I listened to it.
If she just understands me, she’d knew that I yelled at her not because I was mad but because I was disappointed with her. As her older sister I was really protective towards her thus I couldn’t tolerate for what she just did to me. Being an older sister is really hard, especially when she’s the youngest in the family. I love her so much that I don’t think she loves me as much as I do. I want to think that she would do everything for me like I’d do to her, but I don’t thing she’d ever done that. This is our first quarrel since we were in high school.

SLOW ROASTED SPATCHCOCK
Fresh pear, roasted cassia bark and toasted spices
On our last dinner in Bali, we were taken to Mozaic Beach Club, which is located really near to W Hotel. I spent quite sometime to pick the dinner menu, but I decided to try spatchcock. It was my first time eating it and I love it so much. I love the taste, it’s perfect. The spatchcock was tender, the pear was adding more flavour to it. Fantastic!
The waiter told me that the owner-chef was selected to be one of the three judges in this year’s Masterchef Indonesia. Wow! That explains everything.
The other dish you’d like to try is AUSTRALIAN SALMON Spinner crab ravioli, Balinese spiced coconut broth, and fresh ′Laksa′ leaves. My friend ate this and she couldn’t stop talking about this. It’s also super delicious.

VALRHONA ′JIVARA GIANDUJA′ CHOCOLATE FONDANT
Local pepper reduction, Nashi pear and turmeric-lemon sorbet
I was given two selection of dessert, this one and TEXTURES OF CHOCOLATE Valrhona chocolate in three ways with ginger flower gelato and raspberry reduction. When I picked the chocolate fondant, the waiter said, “How did you know that this one is better?” Well, I thought the description made it looked more interesting. He then added, the chocolate in this menu tasted richer. I tasted and I agreed, very rich indeed.
The sorbet, in other side, has a very refreshing sour taste. It was the same sorbet that they served us before the appetizers to increase our appetite. It works, I enjoyed my dinner, and I promised myself to come back to this place in the future.
